MTHS - Aarav Mulinti has been elected State Webmaster of NJ FBLA for the 2023-24 school year. He will be working with 10 other officers to organize conferences, workshops, and professional development initiatives for 7,000+ students from across the state!

MTHS - Today in math classes, Mrs. Heitmann's calculus students worked on DeltaMath, Mrs. Evans Algebra 1 students danced to exponent rules and Mr. Farro's geometry students reviewed properties. As the sign in room 401 says, "Today is a Great Day for Mustang Pride" (and math!)

MTHS - Welcome to Carpentry/Woods class! Today students used the comprehensive woods lab to work on projects. This popular course teaches students the safe and correct use of hand and power tools as well as more sophisticated and specialized woodworking techniques.

MTHS - Our Fine, Performing and Practical Arts department has a variety of classes for students interested in the arts. Today, students in Ceramics I worked on their face mug sculptures and students in Visual Arts I started complex drawing using simple geometric shapes.
MTHS - A beautiful day for another practical lab! Today Mr. Rolfe and Mr. Andes class ventured outside to complete their gradient lab. Students worked together to calculate their elevation at different locations on the school campus.
Tidbit Tuesday: Our elementary schools need space, and building that space requires a two-year timeline at a minimum. If approved by voters, the Dec. 12 referendum would put MTPS on track to begin solving space needs in 2025. Head to the link in our bio for details.

MTHS - Last week students in anatomy class participated in a rat dissection lab. This is one of many hands on lab activities students in our science classes participate in throughout the year.
